I was one of the first parenting bloggers in 2005. I built strong friendships and remain friends with many of the OG bloggers, even after shutting my blog down in 2010. I published a parenting humor book in 2008 with St. Martin’s Press.
Blogging was never my full-time gig. My “real” job (outside of the being a mom) was my work as a marketing executive. I have over 20 years experience in marketing, working with Fortune 500 brands and start-ups including Jiffy Lube, Pennzoil, McDonald’s, Sprint, 23andMe, and others.
Since 2005, I’ve juggled full-time work with freelance writing jobs for Huffington Post, CafeMom, Disney Interactive, Nicki Swift and The List. Below are a few of the places that have written about me and my work.
